Yemekçi catering

First of all, as YEMEKÇİ Catering, we would like to express how honored we are to provide catering service for you.

According to the contract we signed with Koç Holding, we will be serving the Koç Group firms for the coming three years in place of the former industrial catering firm 7 (YEDİ).

YEMEKÇİ has become a preferred trademark in mass food sector with its experience of over 20 years and its prior principle “customer satisfaction”. Our firm provides catering service to almost 220.000 employees with its 3700 personnel. Our customer portfolio consists of various international firms, schools, hospitals, factories and business centers, municipalities as well as Turkish Armed Forces and various public institutions.

Preparing menus under dietitians’ and food engineers’ control, YEMEKÇI aspires to achieve the highest standards of taste, quality, hygiene and service and seeks to offer its customers healthy and delicious meals. Yemekçi considers it vital that the all raw and cooked products be inspected regularly. These inspections and related analyses are conducted by independent laboratories.

Foodstuff we use comply with the quality requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and TSE (Turkish Standards Institution). As for the procurement of raw material, we cooperate with leading manufacturers of the country and our specialists purchase our fruit and vegetable daily.

Our firm holds the certificates for following systems: TSE HACCP TS 13001 Food Safety Management System, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 22000:2006.
